Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 25, 2026
These are the Terms and Conditions that govern your use of FrameFlow Digital, located at www.frameflowdigital.com. Please read them carefully before using the platform. By creating an account or downloading any content, you are agreeing to everything set out here.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this website.
FrameFlow Digital is operated by [TBC], registered at [TBC].
We recommend reading these Terms and Conditions alongside our Privacy Policy and Standard Image Licence, both of which contain important information about how we handle your data and how downloaded images may be used.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any update means you accept the revised terms.
1. Using FrameFlow Digital
FrameFlow Digital gives registered users access to a curated library of original photography, available to download for personal and commercial creative use through a simple credit-based system.
To download images, you will need to create a free account. Browsing the library does not require an account, but purchasing credits and downloading images does.
When you register, you will be asked to provide some basic personal information. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how that information is used and stored.
We use a passwordless sign-in system. When you log in, you will receive a one-time code to the email address registered on your account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that takes place under your login. Only one account is permitted per person.
2. Credits and Payments
Images on FrameFlow Digital are purchased using credits. One credit equals one standard image download.
Credits are available in fixed packs or as a custom amount of your choosing. All pricing is displayed clearly on the Buy Credits page before any purchase is made.
Credits do not expire. Once purchased, they remain in your account until you choose to use them.
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, which is PCI-DSS compliant. FrameFlow Digital does not store or hold any card details. We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa and Mastercard.
Your purchase will appear on your bank or card statement as [billing descriptor].
3. Loyalty Tiers
FrameFlow Digital rewards creatives who use the platform regularly. As your total spend grows, you move through our loyalty tiers automatically. There is nothing to apply for.
The three tiers are:
- Starter — the default tier for all new accounts, giving full access to the image library and standard credit pricing.
- Premium — unlocked after reaching [spend threshold], giving you a [X]% discount on all future credit purchases.
- Signature — unlocked after reaching [spend threshold], giving you a [X]% discount on all future credit purchases and priority access to new collections.
Tier discounts are applied automatically at checkout once the relevant threshold has been reached.
4. Delivery
FrameFlow Digital is a digital platform. There are no physical goods, shipping costs, or waiting times involved.
When you redeem a credit against an image, your download begins immediately. The image is delivered directly to your device at full resolution, ready to use. A record of every download is stored in your account under Download History.
Please make sure you have a stable internet connection when downloading. If a download fails due to a connection issue on your end, you can access the image again from your Download History at no additional cost.
If you experience a technical issue on our side that prevents a successful download, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
5. Image Use and Licensing
All images on FrameFlow Digital are sold under a Standard Image Licence. By downloading an image, you agree to the terms of that licence.
Under the Standard Image Licence, you are permitted to:
- Use the image for personal, creative, or commercial purposes, including websites, blogs, social media, digital advertising, print materials, and client work.
- Use the image in print runs of up to 10,000 units.
You may not:
- Resell or redistribute any image downloaded from FrameFlow Digital.
- Make images available for download through your own platforms or services.
- Use images in a way that is defamatory, offensive, or unlawful.
- Claim ownership or intellectual property rights over any image.
- Use images in direct commercial competition with FrameFlow Digital.
For full details, please refer to our Standard Image Licence document.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Because all content on FrameFlow Digital is delivered digitally and instantly, we are generally unable to offer refunds once credits have been redeemed against an image download.
We will however consider a refund or credit exchange in the following circumstances:
- The image you downloaded was materially different from how it appeared in the library.
- A technical fault on our platform prevented you from completing a download after credits were deducted.
- You were charged incorrectly due to a platform error.
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the relevant transaction. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3 working days and should appear on your statement within 7 days.
To raise a refund request, please contact us at [email address] with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
7. Indemnity
By using FrameFlow Digital, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FrameFlow Digital, its parent company, directors, employees, photographers, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the platform or any image downloaded from it.
- Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you.
- Any use of a downloaded image outside the terms of the Standard Image Licence.
- Any content you submit to the platform, including but not limited to account information.
- Any infringement of a third party's rights resulting from your use of our content or services.
This indemnity obligation survives the termination of your account or your use of the platform.
8. Termination of Accounts
You may close your FrameFlow Digital account at any time by contacting us at [email address]. Any unused credits remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account where we have reason to believe these Terms and Conditions have been violated. This may be done without prior notice, at our sole discretion. Where an account is terminated by us for a breach of these terms, no refund of unused credits will be issued.
9. Limitations of Liability
FrameFlow Digital provides its platform and all associated content on an “as is” basis. While we take care to ensure the library is well maintained and the platform functions reliably, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FrameFlow Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity, even where we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Our total liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the value of credits purchased by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Warranties
FrameFlow Digital makes no warranties, express or implied, beyond those set out in these Terms. We do not warrant that images available on the platform will meet every specific creative requirement, or that use of those images will not infringe the rights of third parties in all jurisdictions worldwide.
You are responsible for satisfying yourself that an image is suitable for your intended use before downloading it.
11. Intellectual Property
All images on FrameFlow Digital remain the intellectual property of the original photographers. The Standard Image Licence grants you the right to use images within the terms described in Section 5 of these Terms. No title or ownership is transferred to you upon download.
The FrameFlow Digital name, logo, platform design, and all related branding are the property of [Company Legal Name] and may not be used without prior written permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from your use of FrameFlow Digital shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
